The Eco system makes Real-Time PCR accessible to all researchers. Proprietary thermal and optical systems are at the heart of this open system, enabling it to perform a variety of Real-Time PCR applications, including one of the most challenging - High Resolution Melt (HRM) analysis. Despite its small size, the Eco system delivers superior performance with sensitivity down to 1 copy, dynamic range > 9 logs, and the ability to discriminate between 5,000 and 10,000 copies with 99%+ confidence.
