ROX reference dye is used to normalize well-to-well variations that may occur during quantitative, real-time PCR reactions. The dye is composed of a 25 uM solution in 10mM Tris-HCL (pH 8.6), 0.1 mM EDTA, and 0.01% Tween-20.
